當紅日緩昇,日光賦予了我們開闊無邊的視角,能夠嘗試去觀察、攝取一切事物的運行。以發散的日出象徵著設計的初始想像,如同三菱鏡色散出無限的想像空間。當黑夜聚合了光,我們也收斂了思考,將想法匯聚成更加清晰的概念。以匯聚的流星象徵著設計的後續執行,如同凸透鏡將思緒聚合並具體落實。

When the Red Sun rose slowly, sunlight gave us an open perspective and we could try to observe and ingest everything. The divergence of the sunrise symbolizes the initial imagination of the design, as Mitsubishi's mirrors give way to unlimited imagination.

When the night converged on light, we also converged on thinking and converging ideas into clearer concepts. The converging meteors symbolize the follow-up execution of the design, just as the convex lens converges the thoughts and concretely implements them.

主視覺海報試著將抽象的時間收納與摺疊,透過時間的積累設計將抽象的想像轉化為具象的實踐。
海報分為兩款形式,以紙張的材質特性表現時間的可能性。

The key visual identity conveys that design is a dynamic process of transforming abstract ideas into practices by folding “time” in the poster, suggesting that design is made with the time spent.






海報背面刻畫著十二地支,一日的時間將於海報打開時依循著地支延展開來;
將時間浸透到紙張,希望觀看者能感受到日計的純粹與溫度。

The back of the poster depicts twelve branches. The time of the day will be extended by the time the poster opens. The time is soaked into the paper, hoping that the viewer can feel the pureness and temperature of the daily calendar.






此次展覽分為日與夜。共為十二專題組成,各組透過不同領域的結合將設計融入日常。
故以十二地支為一日的單位與度量衡。各個地支象徵著一組畢業專題的紀錄,以設計演繹不同時刻的日常。

This Taipei-based exhibition includes 12 teams who present contemporary lifestyles of Chinese people through their use of 12 earthly branches, the ancient units of time in Chinese calendar. The key visual identity conveys that design is a dynamic process of transforming abstract ideas into practices by folding “time” in the poster, suggesting that design is made with the time spent. Chen uses beams of sunrise to symbolise the initial drafting of the design work, shooting stars as the practice of concluding all the ideas into a piece of design, and 12 branches lies in the back side of the poster as infinite opportunities in the interweaving of time.
