Lip Up Your IDEA
Collaborating with a product design studio in Shanghai, we created an innovative scented candles package aimed at igniting people's creativity. Creators and artists seek inspiration through various means such as music, prayer, or ensuring a comfortable environment, but the power of scent is often underestimated. Sometimes, the creative flow is already present, and what's needed are scents that soothe and calm.
In this project, Chen Wu took charge of designing the candle packaging and illustrations. Five unique scents were crafted, each representing a different type of artist. The flavors were named after the tools of creation, symbolizing the essence of artists' spirit.

Project Concept & Process
In this project Artist Chen Wu was responsible for designing the packaging and illustration. There were a total of five scents representing five types of artists. Its flavors were also named after the tool of creation, which symbolized the spirit of artists.
In terms of proportion, Chen Wu kept the artists in these images tiny compared to the objects because during the creation process, most artists are diligent and humble. We have to keep working in order to transform our inspiration into craft.
